Cancellation policy

PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Some products on rluxcart may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or “try before you buy”. As we source products from third-party suppliers and cloud marketplaces, the following terms apply:

1. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on your selected frequency.

• Payments will be automatically charged per cycle unless paid in advance.
• You may cancel or modify your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle.
• Once an order under a subscription is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

You can manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are for products not currently in stock but expected to be available.

• You may cancel a pre-order before it is processed or fulfilled.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be handled as per our Refund Policy.

3. Try Before You Buy

For eligible products, we may authorize your payment method before shipping.

• You will be given a specified trial period to decide.
• If the product is not returned within the trial period, the full amount will be charged automatically.

4. Important Note (Third-Party Sourcing)

rluxcart acts as a retailer sourcing products from third-party suppliers and cloud-based marketplaces.

• Once an order is processed with our supplier, cancellations may not be possible.
• We will make reasonable efforts to assist you, but cancellation and refund requests are subject to supplier policies.

5. General Cancellation Rule

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
